Brief Introduction to Mindfitness Training®
Neurofeedback and the Process®

Peak Performance, Performance Enhancement and Life Enhancement are the natural result of MindFitness. We make a distinction between MindFitness Training as applied clinically and MindFitness Training as applied to Life and Performance Enhancement or the special case of Peak Performance.
Although, the underlying principles of self-knowledge and self-regulation are the same, application of MindFitness Training to Performance and Life Enhancement requires a significantly different set of skills than application of these same principles to clinical disorders. Therefore, we offer an expanding array of MindFitness Training opportunities:
From the dawn of time we have sought to understand our minds better. Many have succeeded to at least a modest degree in significantly enhancing the quality of their daily lives. Some have achieved levels of mind mastery so profound as to be mysterious to all but a relatively few sages. Most if not all of those who succeed even modestly develop a passion for assisting anyone truly interested in learning for themselves, and applying those principles which enhance - even transform the quality of life moment to moment, year to year, life cycle to life cycle. Wisdom teachers and scientists alike have presented these concepts using a seemingly infinite variety of strategies over the millennia. It is immensely encouraging to see that as our own modern science evolves it is supporting and enhancing the practical, modern applications of often taught, yet strangely neglected, specific, timeless life/performance enhancing understandings.
Over several decades we have developed heuristic (self) learning strategies with the intention of transferring these mind/body understandings to individuals compatible with our own evolving educational circumstances and process. MindFitness® Training and The Process® are terms we registered with the intention of reducing confusion relative to other programs which may or may not share our vision. MindFitness Training refers to training opportunities already developed. The Process refers to a continuous stream of work which is infinite by definition, and certainly enfolds the notion of Lifelong Learning.

Science has replaced religion in the minds of many modern thinkers. We assert that the passion for truth, comfortable or not, unites the truly scientific mind and truly religious mind. MindFitness Training integrates scientific insight with the intention of bringing about the steepest learning-insight curves we can. It may seem like a contrarian point of view, but we believe much of modern science and technology is making it easier than ever for the motivated learner to transform the quality of daily life. For example, we integrate brain wave biofeedback for those wishing to apply this extraordinary performance enhancement technology.
We think a true 'new economic order' must and is emerging in the US and the world. Of course, such an economic revolution must be enthusiastically practiced by individuals if it is to have significant meaning. In that spirit, we have developed the MindFitness Training as free of economic considerations as we can. Rather than ask what will sell easiest, we have asked what works best in helping individuals understand for themselves how to transform the quality of their lives. In keeping with integrative thinking we are developing a nonprofit foundation as an alternative to our existing strategies for researching and delivering life and performance enhancement learning opportunities.

The MindFitness Training-Process is devoted to the unfoldment of a New Mind in humanity. A mind that is free, relatively unconditioned. Implied is the transformation of those who can, and by extension our society, our science, our technology. This kind of mind sees and listens to the whisperings of nature as the source, and for the inspiration required to develop a sane scientific and technological evolution. This kind of mind considers neither life nor death the enemy, and finds its own way to live and die within the Field of Love.

The MindFitness Training is the understanding, application and integration of those principles which increase insight, allow the mind/body to make a leap, to transform itself, to unfold the potential within. It is the application of those principles which operate like an antidote for the poisons existing in society and life itself. There is a Process whereby we become all we can be...whereby we make the most of what we have...of what we are. The foundation and starting point is simply doing our best with what we have, what we are. Therefore, The MindFitness Process focuses on gaining best scientific quality self-knowledge as quickly as possible. Of course, everyone is unique; therefore each of us must discover our own individual Process, hence the necessity for heuristic (self) learning and teaching.
A critically important principle underlying this work is bringing order to the conditioned, 'mechanical', computer-like aspects of the brain so that there is easier access to the higher, 'non-mechanical' orders of intelligence and so those orders of intelligence can run the 'mechanical' part efficiently (and in line with highest personal values). This often mysterious Process, flowing through the ages is possibly the highest aspiration of human existence, and has always been seen as active and transforming. This Process has always had the quality of a renaissance about it. Apparently it always has to be discovered 'as though for the first time ever' within the culture, circumstances and time in which the discoverer happens to be living.
