By signing below, Client acknowledges receipt of, and agrees to be bound by, the “Terms and Conditions for Training and Seminar Services Administered by Biofeedback Resources International Corporation,” (“Terms and Conditions”) a copy of which is available on BRI’s website: www.biofeedbackinternational.com, and Client agrees to the terms specified above. Please note that the Terms and Conditions are subject to change. By scheduling and/or registering for a Seminar, Client agrees to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing two weeks before the course date. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel. Although cancellation is extremely unlikely, should it be necessary, deposits will be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for restricted or non-refundable airfares.

Special Accommodations/ADA Requests - Attendees may request special accommodations by email or phone. We will respond by email to notify the attendee of the accommodations being proposed to get agreement that they are acceptable. lf not acceptable, the student will be given the opportunity to cancel attendance and receive credit or a refund. The hotels we use for classes are ADA compliant.

Commercial Support - Although we also sell biofeedback equipment, we do not receive any commercial support from any company that manufactures this equipment. Many types of biofeedback systems will be demonstrated, but there will not be sales presentations or requirements to purchase any equipment. Our goal is to provide an overview of the range and benefits of options available for providing biofeedback training to clients. Attendees may request information on products available for sale if they are interested
